Turquoise-Trimmed Tesla Model X by Vilner
An electric shock to the system
The gang at Art Studio Vilner has been working overtime to squeeze in one last custom job before the end of the year. This time around, instead of transforming another Bentley or Mercedes-Benz, Vilner reimagined a Tesla Model X in a way that even Elon Musk might want to tweet about.
It seems the owner of this 2016 Model X wanted a much quieter cabin that Tesla was able to provide and turned to the Bulgarian custom house for help.
Studio Vilner was naturally more than happy to oblige, solving the sound problem by taking the Tesla apart and adding extra padding to a number of strategic spots on the X's body. Vilner now claims that it is "the most silent Tesla cabin in the world."
But they didn't stop there. On the outside, the Model X received a carbon fiber front lip, custom mirror caps, and rear spoiler with a subtle turquoise trimmed Tesla "T" logo.
Even the brake calipers got the electric blue treatment, while the 20-inch wheels were splashed with Dark Plutonium Silver.
Once the exterior was complete, Vilner set out to create a unique main cabin by using copious amounts of the color turquoise. Not exactly our first choice, considering the Tesla's red exterior, but it really seems to work here.
The seat belts, carpets and other spots received just the right amount of color to contrast with the mostly black leather interior.
Additionally, circuit board-patterned graphics were used throughout the tricked-out Tesla, including its best-customized touch — the rear side windows, which sport pulsating patterns etched in glass.
The results are pretty unique and we can't wait to see what Vilner comes up with in the New Year.
