Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe Driven on Track in New Teaser Video

Watch the C63 Coupe tear up the Hockenheimring.

Mercedes-AMG continues to release teasers for its new C63 Coupe, and now, the automaker has released a short video promising that the reveal of the new model is "coming closer and closer." We've seen images of the car in full camo, but this teaser gives us a better glimpse of the front end. The true star of the video, however, is the engine note.

We first saw the Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe in full camouflage last month showing off its large front disc brakes with bronze-finished calipers and flared front fenders. A short three weeks later, Mercedes once again gave us a peek at the vehicle, teasing its audience with the car's profile, a dramatically raked roofline, and the front end with signature AMG "A-wing" front valance and twin-blade front grille.

This time around, Mercedes changed things up by showing a short clip of it test driving on a track. In the video, we're able to hear what the new C63 Coupe is going to sound like. The engine note from the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8, shared with the sedan variant, is enough to get excited about before its official debut at the 2015 Frankfurt auto show in September.
