Ferrari just took the wraps off its 599 GTO, available only to the ultra-wealthy. The storied Italian marque also just launched the 599 GTO configurator to indulge those who can afford it.
In the 599 GTO configurator, anyone can choose from a virtually unlimited number of exterior paint schemes. There are four different liveries for you to choose from. The basic two are standard and feature a monochromatic exterior with 26 different colors to choose from and bicolor exterior featuring a black roof with the same 26 color options. Next is a racing livery, which features a single racing stripe up the center of the car with matching mirrors and a total of 28 colors just for the contrasting stripe. The final historical racing livery features a single horizontal hood stripe with a side number circle.
The color explosion continues inside car with no fewer than 12 Alcantara interior colors and 14 interior leather colors along with five seat insert color options. Of course contrasting stitching is also available with the uplevel leather or Alcantara interiors. The Alcantara or leather can also be wrapped around three different seats — carbon fiber racing, full electric, or Daytona style — that are available in three different sizes.
In addition to the incredible amount of color combinations, customers can choose from three different lightweight “Challenge Style” rims, five brake caliper colors, numerous exterior carbon fiber options, and impressively, some luxury items such as parking sensors and a Bose sound system. For those Ferrari owners who plan on racing, four-point belts can also be ordered direct from the factory, in any of three different colors.
There are numerous other smaller options available as well for those who so desire them. Of course, once you’re done building your 599 GTO, Ferrari won’t give you a price unless you talk to a dealership. To build one, check out the configurator site here.
