The Fiat range grows at this year’s Miami auto show with the addition of two special-edition models. The 2015 Fiat 500 Ribelle goes on sale in December and the 2015 Fiat 500L Urbana Trekking will be available from early 2015.
The 2015 Fiat 500 Ribelle draws its name from the Italian word for “rebellious,” and transforms the subcompact hatchback with a contrasting color scheme consisting of red for the roof, spoiler, and mirrors; gloss black for the head- and taillight housings; and black wheels with red-accented center caps. Exterior color choices consist of white, silver, gray, or black, while inside customers can choose between a gray/black or gray/red upholstery treatment. Pricing for the 2015 Fiat 500 Ribelle starts at $18,245 (including an $850 destination charge).
The 2015 Fiat 500L Urbana Trekking, meanwhile, has been outfitted “to take on the urban terrain.” Black paint adorns the mirrors, side sills, body cladding, door cladding, 17-inch wheels, while a satin chrome finish is applied to the door handles, taillight housings, and front and rear fascia accent strips. Although the car on display at the Miami wears matte paint for the body and roof, production models will only be offered in metallic paint in green, red, yellow, white, or gray. The inside of the 500L benefits from a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a black instrument cluster surround (gray on models with gray exterior paint), and the optional Beats by Dre six-speaker sound system. Pricing for the 2015 Fiat 500L Urbana Trekking starts at $23,645.
