Yugo, or Zastava Koral, is a former Yugoslavian automaker founded in 1853 as an arms manufacturer. Later, it would expand into the auto manufacturing industry, working with such companies as Ford and Willys-Overland.

The brand quickly developed a reputation of unreliability, forcing Zastava to discontinue the brand in 1992.
Zastava continues to sell cars worldwide, most based on Fiat models. (The Yugos sold in the U.S. were also Fiat-based). In 2002, Bricklin looked to bring Zastava back in the U.S. However, he later focused on Chinese automaker Chery instead.
