(Note that the Legacy also comes in a sedan version). The street legal Impreza WRX racer, one of the brand's most sought after vehicles, debuted in 2001.
The marque's first crossover, the Subaru B9 Tribeca, debuted in 2005.
General Motors sold its stake in FHI to rival Toyota Motor Corporation in 2006. Subaru has started to build Toyota Camrys at its U.S. manufacturing plants. At the 2007 New York Auto Show, Subaru unveiled its all-new Impreza, Impreza WRX, and now named Tribeca. Future plans include a new diesel engine and possible a hybrid as well.
