I leased a 2012 EX-L, I do agree the interior with the grey trim & black carpets does look boring. The only thing that gives this a modern touch is the info screen. I don't have nav. MPG ranges from 19-22 depending on how much city driving you do & how often you run the AC. During summer months you will get 19mpg avg. The size is great, it isn't over 200" long & you can sit 2 adults in the 3rd row with actual headroom or 3 kids in the 3rd row. Power is fine, yes I would like to see a 6 speed auto, especially if this was a 4WD model. The mirrors need some help, a low vehicle can drive right next to you & you wouldn't even know it. 41K, if you can't get this close to invoice since it does have a 3 star ALG rating i'd pass, if you can this is a great buy.
