I well remember Buick's significant and impressive performance heritage dating back to the mid-60s with the GS models of that era.I recently had occasion to drive the stock (non-sporty) Regal and came away very impressed. I loved the Germanic looks and feel. The build quality was excellent as was the ride and handling. I can't wait to try this new GS. I know the 2.0 Ecotec is a wonderful engine so this model is definitely on my consideration list.

This is my first comment, please be gentle :)I suppose an intro would be appropriate? I am a long time subscriber of your wonderful magazine. Now back to the subject. Buick. Kelly, Amy, Joe, Evan, Ben and others are raving about this unexpected marvel of automotive engineering, praising Buick for building a car (finally) that's not your grandma's old Buick... well, it isn't. It's Opel as you mentioning yourselves. Should the name "Buick" be taken out of your reviews all together except for comments on Buick's dated logo that's glued in few spots.
