I had an 03 Liberty, and I loved everything about it EXCEPT the mileage. Frakkin terrible. If Fiat can get Jeep up into the 30s+ I'll buy another jeep. But for now, I have to drive my Honda and keep dreaming of fuel efficient Jeeps.

It seems to me that the fuel mileage on this vehicle is terrible. My wife's 04 GC with the 4.7 V8 gets 20.4 on the highway and around 14 in town with more room and comfort. I hope future Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge products get the benefit of all the good things Fiat has to offer.Mercedes sure raped them and scrapped them in a hurry. Maybe some entity will return the favor to MB sometime in the near future.
