It looks like the folks at Mopar are taking a bit of an Italian holiday: it’s setting up a stand for the upcoming Bologna Motor Show and putting some kitted out Jeep Wrangler and Fiat 500 models on it.
As part of the Bologna Motor Show, Mopar will accessorize a different car, either a Jeep Wrangler or Fiat 500, making it what the tuning and accessories house calls a Moparized version. Seeing as the Wrangler is already a bastion of accessibility, it shouldn’t be too hard, and the Fiat 500 is quickly catching up as a canvas upon which owners can customize.
For starters, the Jeep Wrangler will get uprated front and rear off-road bumpers, a two-inch lift, and larger wheels and tires. It’ll be a full soft-top car with half-doors and side steps, and it’ll get finishing touches in the form of a less-restrictive muffler, a snorkel, and different fuel cap and spare tire covers. As with many custom Wranglers, it gets a winch up front.
The 500 will be much less able to go off road, as you’d expect, but it will get larger 16-inch alloy wheels and an Abarth spoiler out back, as well as a rear carrier system to pack more stuff onto the tiny hatchback. Everything else is strictly visual: it gets a carbon mirror cover, chrome molding and chrome trim on the hood, and a chrome A-bar.
The Bologna Motor Show runs from December 3 to December 11 in Bologna, Italy.
