Following talk of who wouldn’t be attending the 2009 Detroit auto show, it’s refreshing to hear some talk of which automakers will actually participate. We’re glad to hear Subaru is one – and we’re more excited by the promise of a yet unknown concept vehicle.
In a release posted this morning, Subaru confirmed it would display vehicles at the Motown show, and also broke down which cars and crossovers would appear on the stand. We’re seeing the usual mix of Imprezas and Tribecas, but the line claiming “Feature Reveal Concept Vehicle” will be present has us most interested.
We’ve no clue just what this concept will be, but some sources are hinting it could possibly be a sneak peak at an upcoming sports coupe Subaru’s crafting with Toyota. We’ll know for sure in January, when we cover the NAIAS press days live from Detroit. Stay with Automobile Magazine for all the latest Detroit show happenings.
