Show-Worthy? LSD Makes Lambo Doors An Option for the Chevrolet Camaro

Vertically lifted doors aren’t for everyone, but should you happen to be a fan, the option is now open for owners of the current Chevrolet Camaro.

German firm LSD Doors has released what it calls “gull-wing door plates,” which are new hinge plates that will give the Camaro that Lamborghini appeal. Using a Guided Roller System, the doors first open outwards before swinging up for a show-car appeal, and the plates are adjustable to owner specifications to prevent the doors from opening too far out. Compliant with European crash-test standards, the plates have also been fully tested and are guaranteed to not compromise driver and passenger safety compared to the factory door setup.

Ready to raise your Camaro’s doors to the next level? The entry price sits at 749 euro ($948) for one door, or 1599 euro ($2023) for both driver and passenger doors, including VAT.
