Shout it out loud: KISS and Mini partner up for UNICEF

At the New York Auto Show, Mini announced a partnership with rock band KISS, in which KISS-inspired graphic wraps will be sold for Minis, with proceeds from the sales donated to UNICEF. Additionally, four Minis, each painted with a design taken from one of the band members’ faces and signed by all four band members, will be auctioned off for the charity on eBay.

Mini USA chief Jim McDowell donned his own KISS regalia when he joined KISS front man Gene Simmons on stage in New York for the announcement. Although McDowell gets credit for his willingness to go all-in for the cause, he probably should keep his day job.
