These vehicles have a faulty return port on the fuel pump module may crack, which could cause a fuel leak.
The Fix: General Motors will notify owners and replace the fuel pump module at no charge. Owners can contact GM at 800-521-7300, or NHTSA’s Vehicle Safety Hotline at 888-327-4236.
2012 Nissan Frontier, Pathfinder, Xterra 2WD
The Problem: Nissan is recalling 2012 Frontier, Pathfinder, and Xterra two-wheel drive vehicles manufactured from June 19, 2012, through July 12, 2012. The Fix: Nissan will notify owners, and dealers will replaced the left and right side front wheel hub assemblies free of charge. The safety recall is expected to begin on, or about October 8, 2012.
