Infiniti Celebrates 20th Birthday with 2010 G37 Anniversary Special Editions

Twenty years ago, Nissan launched a line of premium luxury models under the Infiniti nameplate. To celebrate the milestone, Infiniti is launching the 2010 G37 Anniversary Special Edition.

Production will, in fact, be limited — only 350 sedans, 200 convertibles, and 200 coupes will be manufactured. Each Anniversary Edition G37 will be built upon the uplevel Journey trim package, and feature navigation as a standard feature. Sedans will be available with all-wheel-drive, but rear-wheel-drive four- and two-door models are equipped with the sport package at no extra cost.

Exterior changes to the G37 Anniversary Special Edition are minimal; unique aluminum wheels and a blacked-out grille insert are two of the largest cosmetic revisions. All cars receive mildly tweaked front and rear fascias, while coupes and convertibles also receive unique side sills.

Every G37 Anniversary Special Edition will be painted in a unique “Graphite Shadow” paint job that contrasts nicely with the red leather interior. Aluminum interior trim is standard on the sedans, but coupe and convertible models receive red-toned Maple wood accents.

Infiniti’s Anniversary Edition G37s hit the dealerships this April, with a starting price of $44,215 for the Journey sedan and $44,415 for the AWD sedan — roughly $2800 more than a comparatively equipped G37 Journey. The G37 Anniversary Special Edition Coupe starts at $51,415, while the convertible starts at $55,765. All prices include a $865 destination charge.
