Feature Flick: Red Bull Racing Gets Head Start On Circuit Of The Americas

Formula 1 is making its long-awaited return to the United States in 2012 and officials in Texas are hard at work making sure the Circuit of the Americas is complete in time for the start of the United States Grand Prix. The folks over at Red Bull Racing couldn’t wait for construction to finish before taking some hot laps in their F1 car so they headed out for some hot laps…in the dirt.

Not only did Red Bull Racing’s Formula 1 car take the inaugural first lap of the site of the United States Grand Prix, but it also spent a bit of time outrunning cowboys and their various modes of transportation, and doing doughnuts in front of Austin’s capitol building. Lots and lots of doughnuts.
