Feature Flick: Porsche Panamera GTS Goes “Head 2 Head” With BMW M5

Two new German super sports sedans have recently debuted in the U.S. market, but only one emerges as the winner in the latest Head 2 Head episode. Host Jonny Lieberman gets plenty of seat time in a 2013 BMW M5 and Porsche Panamera GTS, testing everything from launch control to their quarter-mile times.
The battle starts on the drag strip, where both cars have unique advantages. The 430-hp Porsche may lack the M5’s twin turbos, but the Panamera is fitted with a grippy all-wheel-drive system. The rear-drive M5, however, puts out a whopping 560 hp from its 4.4-liter V-8. Next, Lieberman drives both cars on the twisties and declares one car to have far superior steering feel compared to its rival. The same car also rides and handles better, exhibiting more composure when pushed to the limit.
Find out which one wins this Head 2 Head in the video below.
