Your new minivan has arrived—the 2019 Honda Odyssey is finally here and it starts at $31,065 for the base LX trim and goes up to and $47,945 for an Elite model.
A 3.5-liter V-6 engine with 280 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque powers the latest Odyssey. Touring and Elite trims are mated to a new 10-speed automatic transmission and all other trims get a 9-speed one. Honda states that the 2019 model has an EPA fuel economy rating of 19/28 mpg (city/highway) miles.
The popular people mover is available with a Honda Sensing suite of safety and driver-assist goodies that include collision mitigation braking system, lane keeping assist, road departure mitigation, and adaptive cruise control.
Touring and Elite trims features CabinWatch, so parents can keep an eye on the kids in the second- and third-rows by using an 8-inch screen to spy on them.
Mom and dad can use the minivan’s public address system to tell them “to stop messing around or I’m going to turn this thing around” and other important messages without taking their eyes off the road.
The Odyssey is also Android Auto and Apple CarPlay friendly and there’s a 10-inch, high-resolution Rear Entertainment System with Blu-Ray available.
Odyssey EX starts at $35,035, EX-L is priced at $38,585, EX-L Navi/Res at $40,585, and Touring at $45,635.
