2015 Acura MDX Priced at $43,460

The 2015 version of the Acura MDX three-row crossover gets a slight uptick in price, with a new starting cost of $43,460 with destination. That’s just $275 more than the 2014 MDX, and the car does not receive any significant changes for the 2015 model year.

This starting price is for the standard 2015 Acura MDX with front-wheel drive. This model comes standard with a rearview camera, automatic climate control, heated front seats, and Bluetooth, while Acura’s Super Handling All-Wheel-Drive system that costs $2000 extra, as it does on all trim levels. Instead of option packages, the 2015 Acura MDX offers four distinct trim levels with various levels of equipment.

First is the MDX with Technology Package, which adds navigation, an ELS premium audio system, pushbutton start, satellite radio, and various active safety features like blind spot warning, forward collision warning, and lane departure warning for an extra $4275 over the base model. The Acura MDX with Technology and Entertainment Package costs another $2000 and comes with a 9-inch rear video screen and DVD player, along with a 110-volt outlet and heated second-row seats. Finally, the 2015 MDX with Advance and Entertainment packages gains heated and cooled front seats, adaptive cruise control, a lane keep assist system, a wider entertainment screen, collision-mitigating braking, remote engine start, and front and rear parking sensors for an extra $5940. All in, a loaded 2015 Acura MDX SH-AWD with Advance and Entertainment packages costs $57,675 with destination.

All 2015 Acura MDX crossovers are powered by the same 3.5-liter V-6 engine making 290 hp and 267 lb-ft of torque. In combination with a six-speed automatic, this engine achieves EPA ratings of 20/28/23 mpg city/highway/combined with front-wheel drive and 18/27/21 mpg city/highway/combined with all-wheel drive.
