2013 Nissan Titan Gets Price Hike, Base MSRP is $300 More at $29,815

Nissan has announced pricing for the 2013 Titan pickup, which wears more expensive price tags than last year’s model. Up $300 more is the Titan S Crew Cab, which starts at $32,365, while the King Cab equivalent costs a bit cheaper at $29,815.

Although the Titan is mostly carryover for 2013, there are a few styling improvements. All Titans receive an aerodynamic rear spoiler on the tailgate, and seven new exterior paint colors, while other styling enhancements depend on the trim level. Available in S, SV, PRO-4X, and SL trim levels, the Titan (in King Cab and Crew Cab body styles) is also offered in rear- and four-wheel-drive configurations, and with one of three bed lengths.

The base Titan S King Cab starts at $29,815, while the 4×4 model raises the price by $2850 to $32,665. Crew Cabs are available in a short- or long-wheelbase forms. Though the base trims of the King Cab and Crew Cab 2013 Titans only see a price bump of $300, other trims see increases of as much as $1600.. Up $970 from last year, the $40,235 PRO-4X Crew Cab ($38,035 in smaller King Cab form) gets revised graphics, satin chrome grille, a dark finish on the wheels and skidplate, new stitching accents, and new embroidery for cloth seats, while a display audio with USB ports and satellite radio is standard. Inside, all 2013 Nissan Titans now have a four-spoke steering wheel, which replaces the previous three-spoke unit.

The biggest price hike though, is the top-trim $43,735 2013 Nissan Titan SL King Cab four-wheel-drive short-wheelbase truck, which commands $1600 more than the outgoing model. New standard equipment for the SL includes step rails, 120-volt outlet in the truck bed, mudguards, and a new four-spoke steering wheel. PRO-4X and SL models also get a new moonroof and DVD package as an option.

All 2013 Nissan Titans are powered by a 317-hp and 385 lb-ft 5.6-liter V-8 that’s paired to a five-speed automatic.

2013 Nissan Titan prices include $995 destination charge.
