Lamborghini and Versace have teamed up once again to create an ultra-luxury Murciélago. This time, their canvas is the LP640 Roadster.
The new car is a follow-up to a run of ten LP640 Versace hardtops in 2007. Like the coupes before them, the roadsters feature Versace's designs throughout and are painted in a white pastel color. The interior is covered in embroidered leather bearing Versace's Greek key fret design on the black-and-white seats, as well as the instrument panel, center console and door panels. Onlookers will be able to recognize the Versace cars by the design on the lower doors and front fascia. All cars will be built to order through Lamoborghini's ad personam personalization service.
The arrival of the cars will coincide with Versace's Collection LP640 range of accessories. The line uses black matte calf skin and includes items such as a sports bag, briefcase, suitcase, gloves, driving shoes, belt, wallet, key ring, hat, and jeans. Each item features an engraved palladium tag with both the Versace and Lamorghini logos. The collection will be available at Versace boutiques and Lamborghini showrooms in November.
