Spy Shots: 2008 Hyundai Genesis

Hyundai is finishing development and testing on the rear-wheel drive Genesis sedan, set to be unveiled this fall as a 2008 model. The prototypes in the pictures you see here are the latest models Hyundai has been using for testing, and they more closely match the concept shown at the New York Auto Show earlier this year. This latest prototype shares many styling cues with the concept: namely, the grille with its horizontal slats, the angular swept-back headlights, and the nine spoke wheels. The show car could turn out to have been a very accurate preview of what will be seen when the Genesis reaches production - and we hope so, because it was handsome and distinctive.
