Honda Kiwami Concept
Kiwami means ultimate in Japanese, and we'd say Honda's long, low, and wide hydrogen fuel cell-powered wagonesque concept earns its lofty designation rather handily.

Despite the car's more than generous horizontal proportions, Honda has kept the weight down through the use of aluminum and carbon fiber composite materials.

The four-wheel-drive powertrain is arrayed symmetrically and low in the car to impart a low center of gravity; the ultracapacitor, the fuel-cell stack, and the high-pressure hydrogen storage tanks fill a central tunnel, allowing occupants to sit closer to the ground than they can in, for instance, Honda's FCX, which uses a sandwich-style powertrain package.

By far the most luxurious and high-styled fuel-cell vehicle yet, the Kiwami seats four in a "calming" environment whose design was inspired by the "unadorned aesthetics of Japanese architecture and gardens."
