I'm amused that a cargo net is a $59 extra. Really, Lexus, you can't throw in a $59 cargo net as part of the $45,700 base price?
My commute is about 45 miles, but I wasn't very impressed with the Lexus RX450h's indicated fuel economy of only 24 mpg, considering the EPA rating of 30/28 mpg. I wasn't being especially easy on the gas pedal, but I wasn't being that unkind, either. When I did apply full throttle, there were very noticeable levels of torque steer, at least in the rainy conditions in which I drove, which I find unacceptable for an all-wheel-drive vehicle.
