Porsche 918 Spyder Priced at $845,000, Matching 911 Turbo S 918 Edition Offered

Porche's 918 Spyder was approved for production shortly after its debut, but it wasn't until this week that the automaker placed a sticker price on its new hybrid supercar. Despite giving the 918 an $845,000 price tag, its production run of 918 units should have no trouble selling out quickly. And for those that wish to tell the world they own a 918, but don't want to drive it on a daily basis, Porsche also announced that a limited-edition 911 Turbo S Edition S 918 Spyder will be available only to those who buy a 918.

Fear not performance fans, the automaker aims to eclipse the current Evo's performance with the new setup.
