Techart has crafted some truly unique Porsches over the years, but now the company wants to allow buyers to further personalize their purchases. The German tuner will introduce a new individualization program at the Geneva motor show that allows buyers to fully customize the new Porsche 911 Turbo or the 911 Turbo S.
Although Techart has produced some incredibly powerful machines over the years, the German tuner’s new individualization packages for the 911 Turbo and Turbo S are just that -- various interior and exterior enhancements to make the car unique to the owner. Some options include a unique three-spoke steering wheel, aluminum pedals, custom gauges, and stainless steel door sills. Of course, customers can completely customize the interior -- color combinations are infinitely flexible, and buyers can have leather cover virtually every surface, if so desired.
There are but two performance-related options included in Techart’s new program, both of which are aerodynamic enhancements. The “Aerodynamic Kit” available on both models adds a new front lip spoiler and a rear roof diffuser, along with modified side skirts. The “Aerodynamic Kit II” adds secondary front and rear spoilers to improve airflow to the brakes and intercooler. New daytime running lights are also incorporated into the revised front fascia.
Other exterior options under Techart’s new individualization program include three different forged aluminum wheels (available in sizes up to 20 inches), Techart’s Noselift System (which ensures the lowered front fascia doesn’t get damaged on speedbumps or curbs), and a range of exterior colors limited only by the customer’s imagination.
