Recall Central: 2013-2014 Nissan Pathfinder, 2013 Infiniti JX35, 2014 Infiniti QX60

The Problem: An issue with the antilock brake system (ABS) brake pressure software can cause an increase in stopping distance under light braking when the ABS is activate on rough or uneven roads. The ABS still functions properly, but the stopping force under light braking is potentially less than what the driver would expect given the force applied on the brake pedal, increasing the risk of a crash.

The Fix: Nissan and Infiniti dealers will reprogram the ABS software free of charge to owners.

Number of Vehicles Potentially Affected: 151,696 2013-2014 Nissan Pathfinder, 2013 Infiniti JX35, and 2014 Infiniti QX60 models (the JX35 was renamed QX60 for the 2014 model year).
