A problem with the fuel system has prompted Nissan to issue a recall for 2011-2012 models of the Nissan Juke, Infiniti M, and Infiniti QX SUV. This recall has affected several global models, but the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is reporting 79,275 U.S. models are affected.

The Problem: Fuel pressure sensors in certain 2011-2012 Nissan Juke, Infiniti M, and Infiniti QX models may not have been tightened correctly and can become loose with heat and vibration. This can lead to a fuel leak, increasing the risk of a fire.

The Fix: Owners will start receiving notification on March 19, and if necessary, Nissan will replace the fuel pressure sensor for free. Nissan can also be contacted at 615-725-1000

Number of Vehicles Potentially Affected: There are 79,275 2011 and 2012 model year Nissan Juke, Infiniti M, and Infiniti QX vehicles affected by this recall.
