Priced: 2013 Infiniti G37 Sedan Starts Above EX37 at $37,795

Infiniti has revealed pricing on the 2013 G37 sedan along with the EX37 crossover, which is now priced just below the sedan. The G37 sedan with a seven-speed automatic transmission will start at $37,795, while the 2013 Infiniti EX37 will carry a base price of $37,300.

The entry-level G25 has been discontinued for 2013, along with the G37 Limited Edition, and Sport Appearance Edition. Without the G25 at the bottom of the lineup, the lowest-priced G37 Journey is $3800 more for 2013, or $2400 more than the comparably equipped G25 Journey. The G37 sedan is unchanged from last year in price and equipment. The 2013 Infiniti G37 Journey sedan includes leather seats, HID headlights, and the automaker’s RearView Monitor.

The all-wheel-drive $39,395 2013 G37x sedan costs $1600 more than the G37 Journey and includes the same standard equipment. The loaded 2013 G37 Sport 6MT still costs $42,395 and comes with 18-inch wheels, summer tires, sport brakes, sport-tuned suspension, limited-slip differential, a unique front fascia, sport side sills, front sport seats, and aluminum pedals. The G37 sedan's 3.7-liter V-6 makes 328 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque in all models. For even more power, the hotted-up  IPL G coupe and convertible have been priced at $53,295, and $61,495, respectively.

Available goodies for the G37 sedan includes a navigation system with real-time traffic information ($1850), a $2500 Premium package (moonroof, premium sound system, power tilt/telescopic steering column, and a rear sonar system), and a Sport package that costs $2250 on rear-drive models and $1250 on all-wheel-drive models.

As for the 2013 Infiniti EX37, the SUV gets a price increase to $37,300, up $550 from last year’s model for rear- and all-wheel-drive models. The 2013 EX37 is now powered by a 325-hp 3.7-liter V-6 and is slightly less expensive than the lowest-priced G sedan using a variant of the same engine.

All prices include destination charges of $895 for the 2013 Infiniti G37 and $950 for the 2013 Infiniti EX37.
