The changing tastes of American buyers might present an opportunity for its line of small cars. A return to U.S. shores would be part of an aggressive global growth strategy. The group aims to sell 3.4 million vehicles in 2009 and 4 million in 2010.
If you are ready to place a down payment on a diesel-powered 308cc cabriolet, don’t hold your breath. Peugeot said it is focusing on China, Russia, and South America before it seriously considers the U.S. market.
