No Bull: Lamborghini Teases Concept Car Before Paris Unveiling

Lamborghini fans, rejoice: it seems the supercar manufacturer is all too happy to show you its new concept car ahead of the official debut at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. The catch? You'll need to piece the photos together yourself...

The first of six teaser shots of the new show car was released on the company's media site earlier this morning. Admittedly, the photo reveals little, and the accompanying press release ("Lamborghini. Sound and Light. Paris 2010. Discover the way to the future of supersports cars") is even more cryptic. We wouldn't, however, be surprised to see the new show car adhere to Lamborghini's latest raison d'etre, which is to build efficient sports cars that focus on acceleration and cornering instead of outright speed. Given the company's recent investment in carbon fiber research and manufacturing operations, it stands to reason the new show car could be almost entirely comprised of the lithe composite material. Although some reports claim the show car will preview the forthcoming successor to the Murcielago, we hear the concept will instead largely showcase the company's new weight obsession. If all goes according to Lamborghini's PR plan, we'll have our first unhampered look at the new Lambo on September 30. Until then, stay tuned for the latest piece of the photographic puzzle.
