Nissan Announces Prices for 2013 Murano

The one-time styling leader in the two-row crossover segment, and still one of the more subjectively handsome models on the market, Nissan brings the Murano into the 2013 model year with some equipment and color changes, and moderately adjusted pricing, with some models seeing price increases of less than $100, and some increasing by more than $1000.  The 260-hp, 3.5-liter V-6 and CVT transmission carry over unchanged. The biggest news for the 2013 model year is are the addition of two new colors and a new Value Package on the SV Trim.

The SV Value Package includes a power liftgate, 9-speaker Bose audio system with dual rear subwoofers, and a navigation system. The package price of $2270 represents a savings of $830 over purchasing all the features as a-la-carte options. Also available as part of the Navigation and Platinum Edition packages is Nissan's suite of Safety Shield technologies, which include Moving Object Detection, Blind Spot Warning and Lane Departure Warning. The two new colors added to the Murano lineup for 2013 are Midnight Garnet and Gun Metallic.

Other available features include a dual-panel moonroof, 7-inch color monitor, rear-view monitor, eight-way power driver's seat, push-button ignition, 11-speaker Bose audio system and Bluetooth hands-free calling. The 2013 Murano is currently on-sale at Nissan dealers nationwide.
