After inspiring shock and awe with its version of the Porsche Panamera, tuning outlet Mansory has once again laid its hands on another exotic European vehicle: the Maserati GranTurismo.
Starting with either the GranTurismo or GranTurismo S, Mansory appoints the luxurious grand tourer with a variety of carbon-fiber body pieces including a new front grille, vented hood, side strakes, and front and rear lip spoilers. The bright red paint scheme screams "arrest me!" and the staggered 20-inch front and 21-inch rear forged wheels may be spray-painted in the color of any GranTurismo, as the photos illustrate.
This GT's interior has been decked out with a rather questionable color scheme of tomato red and black, with lime green illuminating parts of the gauge cluster. Mansory says its combines the finest materials with expert craftsmanship, and it appears you can match the Maserati innards to the exterior. Other changes inside include new aluminum pedals and an ergonomically designed steering wheel.
Helping the V-8 engine is a revised ECU, air filter, and an exhaust system. The modifications boost power by up to 30 horsepower and 30 pound-feet of torque, amounts surely welcomed by either the GranTurismo's 400-horsepower, 4.2-liter V-8 or the 4.7-liter V-8 with 433 horsepower in the GranTurismo S. Sport suspension drops the GTs 1.2 inches all around and rounds out this entry-level tuning kit for the Maserati staple.
