Feature Flick: West Coast Customs, eBay Motors Build Chrysler 300s for Veterans

The Chrysler 300 has enjoyed an enduring popularity since its debut for the 2005 model year. Its bold styling gave an elegant, premium look to buyers at an affordable price, and immediately endeared it to customizers, who wasted no time in applying their custom touch to Chrysler's big sedan. With a new V-6 and a bigger, more powerful 6.4-liter Hemi V-8 in the SRT, the 300 offers a powertrain for any need or taste.

Justin Bell takes a look at the 2013 Chrysler 300 SRT and gets a taste of its Hemi muscle and all-American attitude. Starting at just a tad over $50,000, the 300 SRT is hardly cheap, but considering its formidable performance, it's a relative bargain. Its 6.4-liter high-output Hemi V-8 engine produces 470 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque, enough to rocket the two-plus-ton sedan from 0-60 in just 4.3 seconds. Bell had plenty of full-size fun drifting the "big girl" around Willow Springs quarter-mile paved oval.

As part of this episode, Bell highlight's eBay Motors teaming up with West Coast Customs to build five customized Chrysler 300s. Four of the cars will be built for veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, in collaboration with the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA). One car will be given away as part of the sweepstakes to raise awareness for IAVA and its mission. You can find out the entry rules at http://www.ebaytheroadhome.com/sweepstakes.
