Lamborghini wowed audiences at the Geneva Motor Show with its Aventador J, a stripped-out speedster version of the company's Aventador LP700-4 coupe. Now Lamborghini has released this video showing close-up details of the Aventador J, as well as the car's design and development process.
The Aventador J was billed as a concept, but Lamborghini is planning on selling the car to an extremely lucky buyer after the J has been displayed at several auto shows. It uses the same mechanical components as a regular Aventador, and in this video we can see the 700-hp 6.5-liter V-12 engine being fitted into the topless Lamborghini.
The video also shows designers sketching the Aventador J by hand, modeling it on a computer, and assembling components. The result, as seen in the video and on the Lamborghini stand in Geneva, is nothing short of stunning.
