Hot Rod editor-in-chief David Freiburger and editor Mike Finnegan are no strangers to automotive hijinks with their monthly YouTube series, "Roadkill," but their newest video -- another of today's Feature Flicks -- goes one step further into automotive carnage territory.
The video starts innocuously enough: the magazine needs two parts cars for some upcoming projects, and Freiburger and Finnegan want to put them to the test before going under the knife. And the cars aren't fancy or fast, either: it's a vintage Buick Electra wagon and an old Dodge Ram conversion van.
We won't spoil the whole 25-minute video for you, but what begins as a few fun set of challenges like drag races or handling courses ends up with a few bruised body panels, a couple of aches and pains, and strange sets of tire marks out in the Mojave desert. We highly recommend you watch the video below (as we do every month with "Roadkill"), and let us know what you think of the results.
