Feature Flick: Down and Dirty -- Ford Fiesta RS WRC Featured in DiRT 3 Game Trailer

Want to be like Ken Block? You may be able to in the new DiRT 3 video game. The new title includes rally stages based on real WRC events, over 50 cars to choose from, and -- perhaps most importantly -- a Block-style gymkhana mode.

The trailer is set at Battersea Power Station in London, and showcases the recreated driving skills of FIA World Rally Championship leader MikkoHirvonen and stunt driver Ken Block. Featured in the flick areboth drivers’ race-prepped Fiestas and, of course, Block’s trademark gymkhana stunts.

The game developers worked with Ford’s rally headquarters in England to make sure that the virtual cars drove and responded just like their physical prototypes. DiRT3 will have a career mode in which players can try to advance their way through the WRC (we recommend not patterning your race results after Mr. Block’s WRC record). The game will hit stores on May 24, but until then, check out the trailer below.

The car they show in the above pictures is actually Ken Block's Ford Focus RS WRC he raced last year, not the Fiesta RS WRC of this year.
