Cadillac has made it clear that it has its sights set on BMW’s 3 Series with the 2013 ATS sedan, but the German automaker isn’t worried one bit. Instead of focusing on what other automakers are doing, BMW is focusing on only one thing.
Taking the “Ultimate Driving Machine” slogan one step further, BMW has launched a new ad campaign titled, “We Only Make One Thing,” which emphasizes that despite having a diverse lineup, each product is essentially one in the same – a BMW. In the commercial, the automaker claims it doesn’t make sports cars like the M3 GTS, SUVs like the X5, hybrids like the upcoming i8, or luxury sedans like the 7 Series.
So what does it make? “No matter the shape or size, series or model, we make one thing so you can feel one thing – pure, unbridled exhilaration.” Do you agree? Have your say in the comments below.
