Audi released a new video showing off the performance of its Europe-only RS6 Avant performance wagon by pitting the car against a jumping, leaping free-runner. At the helm of the RS6 is Ben Collins, best known for his work as The Stig on the U.K. series Top Gear; hurtling through the air is free-running pro Damien Walters.
The battle involves each participant throwing paint-filled eggs. The Audi RS6 Avant chases Walters through a warehouse and onto a shipping dock, as the pair attempts to hit one another with the paint bombs. Of course, that results in plenty of gratuitous tire-squealing, power-sliding, and stunt driving from the high-powered Audi. To jog your memory, the 2014 Audi RS6 Avant packs a 552-hp punch, thanks to a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8 engine. Audi says that enables a 0-62-mph time of just 3.9 seconds. Evidently the standard Quattro all-wheel-drive also permits plentiful tail-out antics.
This isn't the first time Audi has gotten one of its go-fast wagons dirty for our video amusement. In February, Audi strapped paintball guns to a pair of RS4 Avants and let them duke it out in a different warehouse.
Check out the entire Audi RS6 Avant battle below, as well as a behind-the-scenes video, and another video showing some drift practice with the car.
