Pit Bull Stuck In Truck

It's not uncommon for smaller animals to make homes inside of a dormant car's airbox or wiring harness, but we've never before seen a dog - and a large one, at that - stuck under the hood.; A California man opened the hood of his 1980s Ford F-150 to find a pit bull wedged between the truck's firewall and the back of the engine block.

There's no good reason as to how - or why - the dog got under the hood, but it was stuck for some time.; After a fair amount of wiggling and some chewed hose and wire, the dog managed to free himself from the truck.

The dog was then taken by animal control to a nearby shelter, while the owner - with already $1000 invested in repairing the truck - was left to repair the dog's damage.

The dog wasn't suffocated. Only had a needle jammed into its left hamhock, and doggy went night-night. Since I don't have a pistol, tapping a few 16d nails from my nail gun into its head would've been cheaper.
what a shame...the dog MUST have belonged to SOMEONE that lived close-by...and Animal Control had to come get it and take it to a "local shelter" bet is this poor animal didnt live 7days after he was picked up...he was probably put to "sleep" or more like suffocated! Shame on this dude..he should've at least tried to find the owner. Lets hope he never has an animal that goes missing!
