The 2014 Toyota Rav4 and 2014.5 Toyota Camry receive new technology options including Entune Audio. These models will be priced slightly higher than in 2013 to reflect these changes. Entune Audio is now standard on all 2014.5 Toyota Camry and 2014 Toyota Rav4 models, with additional features like navigation, app suite, and Entune Premium JBL Audio available either as options or as standard equipment on higher-trim models.

Because the Camry's price increase occurs after the 2014 Camry already went on sale, Toyota is calling this model the 2014.5. The starting price for the 2014.5 Toyota Camry increases from $23,045 to $23,235 including $810 in delivery fees. 2014 .5Toyota Camry XLE four-cylinder and Camry XLE hybrid models will exhibit the greatest price increase, with standard Entune Audio Plus with navigation adding $955 to the base price. The lower-trim 2014.5 Toyota Camry L, LE, and Hybrid LE models experience a $190 bump, the lowest for the 2014.5 Camry, reflecting the addition of Entune Audio. The 2014.5 Camry also now includes a standard back-up camera across the board, while new Parisian Night Pearl paint will replace Clearwater Blue on 2014.5 Toyota Camry LE, and XLE gasoline and hybrid models.

The base 2014 Toyota Rav4 price increases from $24,160 to $24,410 to account for standard Entune Audio, including the $860 cost of delivery. 2014 Toyota Rav4 LTD models now include Entune Premium Audio with navigation and app suite as standard equipment, at the expense of a $1,310 price hike. Rav4 LTD buyers will also have the option to purchase a $725 technology package that includes blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, lane departure alert, and automatic high beams. 2014 Toyota Rav4 XLE models now also come standard with chrome interior door handles and sunvisor extenders.

The Toyota Camry was the best-selling midsize car in the U.S. in September, at 31,871 units moved, although it was a slight drop from the Camry’s September 2012 sales of 34,252. By comparison, the Toyota Rav4 saw a year-over-year increase in September sales, with 15,928 units sold last month compared to last year’s 13,796.
