When the 2010 Aston Martin Rapide goes on sale next year, it will carry a starting price of $199,950, excluding destination.
The Aston Martin Rapide first debuted in concept form at the 2006 Detroit auto show and has been in development ever since. Now, customers can actually order a car and are looking at a starting price of $199,950 to do so. Included in that price are a Bang & Olufsen Beosound audio system specifically designed for the Rapide, heated memory seats, and an adaptive damping system.
While no options have yet been announced for the car, we’re sure there are plenty offered, and they will be more limited by the customers’ imaginations than budget.
Deliveries of the Rapide start in the spring, but customers can already head to the nearest Aston Martin dealership to order a car. Aston Martin anticipates first-year sales of around 2000 units.
