We’re not sure how best to advertise cars in Australia, but Toyota feels mixing karate with kittens might help sell an automobile. The latest commercial for the 2008 Toyota Corolla focuses more on ninja cats than it does the car itself.
Though the tagline “Packed with a ‘Lil Action” is supposed to tout the Corolla’s space and sporty characteristics, the majority of the spot instead consists of kittens dressed in traditional Japanese garb battling “evil” rats. The Corolla itself is featured only as an escape vehicle.
Not sure what cats and rats have to do with the 2008 Corolla? Don’t worry, neither are we.
