When you hear that there's a Porsche that costs less than $150.00, is made of the finest materials, and can fit in a backpack, you immediately wonder what the catch is. To Porsche's credit the catch is pretty obvious: this Porsche isn't a car, it's a toaster.
Of course this isn't the first time F. A. Porsche has strayed away from automobiles. Porsche Design has been known for other fine products like watches and sunglasses in the past.
The Siemens toaster designed by F. A. Porsche is top of the line. It has a memory feature so it will remember what settings were the last used, eleven degrees of browning, cool wall technology, and it automatically adjusts to the thickness of the bread. It's fair to say that this is one appliance that truly lives up to the quality of the Porsche name.
Although automotive enthusiasts may drool over the idea of an incredibly affordable Porsche, they will have to wait a little longer. On the plus side, though, at least they can enjoy a crispy bagel in the meantime.
