The Rolls-Royce Wraith will be featured in the Forza Motorsport 5 Xbox One game, marking the first time any Rolls-Royce car has been officially licensed in a video game. The Wraith will be available as a free download for players to drive on any track in Forza Motorsport 5.
Game developer Turn 10 Studios carefully studied the Rolls-Royce Wraith to digitally recreate the high-end coupe as accurately as possible. The in-game version is powered by the same twin-turbo, 6.6-liter V-12 engine and eight-speed automatic transmission as the real car, and players can pick from two color combinations that include some of Rolls-Royce's special two-tone schemes.

Although the Rolls-Royce Wraith is extremely powerful, with 624 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque, it's also an extremely large, heavy luxury car that seems somewhat unsuited to racing use. When senior editor Michael Jordan drove a Wraith in December 2013, he reported that, "The engine always seems to be loafing unless you really get on it (60 mph in 4.4 seconds is possible), and the car doesn't really get to rolling with a sense of purpose until you're above 85 mph."
"We are delighted to mark a first in video game history by introducing Wraith, the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever made, into Forza Motorsport 5," Rolls-Royce marketing general manager Marc Mielau said in a statement.
The Rolls-Royce Wraith isn't the only ultra-expensive car featured in the Forza Motorsport 5 video game. Other high-end cars available virtually include the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, Aston Marting One-77, Koenigsegg Agera, and Pagani Huayra.
