2008 Volkswagen R32 Pricing Announced

Volkswagen has released a few important details about the delicious Mk5 R32 - namely "when" and "how much." The "when" is early this fall, and the "how much" is $32,990. Like the previous R32, just 5000 examples will be produced. And like last time, expect all 5000 copies to be sold quickly. In fact, the first 1000 already have been taken. Apparently, Volkswagen gave current R32 and GTI owners first crack at this new model, and they've snapped up a fifth of the entire allotment. We've been fortunate enough to have driven the Mk5 R32 twice; both cars were European spec.
