The Continental Flying Spur is quieter inside than ever before. That’s due to acoustic side and rear glass as well as other tweaks that result in a 5-decibel reduction in interior noise. The suspension has been retuned and, for 2011, all Continentals are FlexFuel compatible: owners can fill their tanks with regular petrol, E85 bioethanol, or a mix of the two.
The Continental GT’s powerful presence is accentuated by the addition of two rear doors. Classic circular headlights combine with an upright grille and large wheels to create a strong styling statement from any angle.
Bentley uses at least 11 hides of leather to adorn the Continental’s cabin. The hand-polished wood veneers take two weeks to prepare for each Continental Flying Spur. Needless to say, interior quality is a primary reason to consider a Bentley Continental.
Continental Flying Spurs have a 552 horsepower, 6.0-liter W-12 engine. If that’s not enough, get the Flying Spur Speed, which boasts 600 horsepower and a top speed of 200 mph.
