This tiny, one-box, fuel-cell-powered, mini-MPV concept uses GM's by-wire technology to control the steering, the brakes, and the throttle, thus freeing up interior space. The roomy cabin features a very cool LED console, elegant designer leather seats, and ebony trim both for the dashboard and the floor. The deep blue exterior paint is supposed to emulate the flow of water. That may be appropriate, since the front end of the Ionis looks a lot like a trout.
