In a joint effort with Pininfarina to display mastery of alliteration in product naming, Mitsubishi is showing this Colt Coupe Cabriolet Concept Car, based on the European Colt production car. That car has won a number of awards, including the 2005 Denmark Car of the Year. We didn't know the Danish played such an influential role in the European car market, but Mitsubishi seems proud of it.
Following a much-welcomed industry trend, the Colt Coupe Cabriolet Concept uses a retractable hard top rather than one of the traditional soft variety. If put into production, this little cabrio could give the Mini Cooper some real competition, with awards under its belt and a hard top on its head.
