This little two-plus-two coupe/cabriolet was designed by the students of the Istituto Europeo di Design, a design school with offices in Italy, Spain, and Brazil. Fiat and Webasto were also involved in the project, which is based on the front-wheel-drive Fiat Punto economy car. In essence, there was nothing wrong with the cute little runabout, except that the name harks back to one of Bertone and Fiat's best designs, the little mid-engined X1/9 of the 1970s and '80s. We'd be surprised if it has a future.
